Exchange, Return and Refund 

• At ROFEEA K, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. To prevent any potential issues or delays, we strongly encourage customers to thoroughly review our SIZING CHART before placing an order.

• If your purchased item does not fit as expected, please contact us at info@rofeeak.com within one week of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the sizing issue. We offer exchanges for FULL-PRICE ITEMS ONLY. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds.

After receiving your request, a customer service representative will contact you with available size options. If the item is out of stock, we will recommend alternative items or issue a store credit that can be used on www.rofeeak.com within 5 months.

• Store credit is only usable on the www.rofeeak.com website, it cannot be transferred to others, and is issued only for returned items, not for purchase. It can be used for gift cards if available, and any amount exceeding the store credit value must be paid with another payment method.

• If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return unused items for an exchange. However, please note that items made to custom measurements are not eligible for exchange.

• All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned to us within 7 working days from the date the package was received.

• Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original packaging and garment tags intact.

• Merchandise on sale or under special promotions is not eligible for exchange, return  or refund.

• We do not accept items that show any signs of use; such items will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend sending returns through reliable courier services and keep your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
