Exchange, Return and Refund

• At ROFEEA K, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. To prevent any potential issues or delays, we strongly encourage customers to thoroughly review our SIZING CHART before placing an order.

• We do not provide refunds or exchanges. If your purchased item does not fit as expected, you may return it for store credit only. To request this, please contact us at info@rofeeak.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the issue.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit that can be used on www.rofeeak.com within 5 months.

• Store credit is only usable on the www.rofeeak.com website.

• It cannot be transferred to others.

• It is issued only for returned items, not for purchase.

• It can be applied to gift cards (if available).

• Any amount exceeding the store credit value must be paid with another payment method.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or credited.

• To be eligible for store credit, items must be sent back within 7 working days from the date the package was received.

• Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original packaging and garment tags intact.

• Merchandise on sale or under special promotions is not eligible for return or credit.

• We do not accept items that show any signs of use; such items will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend sending returns through reliable courier services and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
